1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between hck44 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "hck44") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the hck44 platform, including its website, mobile-optimised interface, sportsbook, casino, slots, and all associated services (collectively, "the Service").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service after any amendment to these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood them, that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation.

hck44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document.

These Terms should be read alongside the hck44 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and hck44.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms communicated to you in connection with a particular offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and hck44 with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements on that subject matter.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the hck44 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register and maintain an account if you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period during which your account remains active.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. hck44 operates a strict 18+ policy and takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. By registering an account you declare and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. hck44 will verify age as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process described in Section 3. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and all deposits returned to the funding source, subject to verification. Any winnings generated by an underage account will be forfeited.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If any applicable law in your country of residence, nationality, or current location restricts or prohibits you from participating in online gambling or sports betting, it is your sole responsibility to be aware of and comply with those restrictions. hck44 does not provide legal advice in respect of local gambling laws.

2.3 Jurisdictional Responsibility

hck44 is an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws applicable to them. hck44 makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction. The presence of local payment methods such as bKash and Nagad on the platform does not constitute a representation that gambling is legal in any particular jurisdiction.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold an hck44 account: (a) persons under the age of 18; (b) persons who have previously been self-excluded from hck44 during an active self-exclusion period; (c) persons whose accounts have been permanently closed by hck44 for breach of these Terms; (d) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of hck44 and its affiliated entities and technology providers.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the Service, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. Required information includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You must ensure that this information remains accurate and up to date for the duration of your account. You may update your registered details by contacting the support team or through the account settings panel.

3.2 One Account per Player

Each individual person may hold only one active account on hck44. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, hck44 will close all but one account at its sole discretion, forfeit any bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts, and may apply restrictions to the surviving account. In cases of deliberate abuse, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and balances forfeited.

3.3 KYC Verification

hck44 operates a Know Your Customer verification process. You will be required to submit identity and address documents before withdrawals are processed and in connection with certain bonus claims. Accepted identity documents for Bangladeshi players include the National Identity Card (NID), passport, and driving licence. Proof of address may be satisfied by a recent bank statement, utility bill, or official government correspondence. Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., confirmation that the bKash or Nagad number is registered in your name) may also be required. Failure to complete KYC to hck44's satisfaction will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until the process is completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. hck44 will never ask for your full password, your bKash PIN, or your Nagad PIN by any channel including email, live chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to be from hck44 and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

You must notify hck44 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. hck44 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including your failure to enable available security features such as two-factor authentication.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hck44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to and from accounts held at major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others. Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to issuing bank approval. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; current availability is displayed in the cashier section of the platform.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. Players who have not completed KYC may be subject to lower withdrawal limits until verification is finalised.

4.3 Own-Name Funding Requirement

All payment methods used to deposit into or withdraw from your hck44 account must be registered in your own legal name and must match the name on your hck44 account. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. hck44 will reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and may suspend the associated hck44 account pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission for accounts that have completed KYC. Withdrawals may be directed back to the payment method used for the original deposit. In the event that the original deposit method is unavailable, hck44 will use an alternative method agreed with the player. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or where there is unusual activity on the account.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and bonus amounts on hck44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied for Bangladeshi players transacting via local payment methods. Players depositing via international cards may be subject to conversion at the rate applied by their card issuer.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

hck44 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section and to any additional terms specified in the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (or the bonus amount plus the qualifying deposit, as specified) must be wagered a stated number of times before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms and will be visible in your account's bonus panel. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates by game type are specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

hck44 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus — and any winnings derived from that bonus — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once; wagering in patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as opposite-side betting or systematic arbitrage through bonus funds); and providing false information in connection with a bonus claim.

5.4 Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account without replacement. Validity periods are stated in each promotion and are visible in the account's bonus panel.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on hck44 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market, as published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform. In general: bets are void if an event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours; bets placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error or manifest error may be voided by hck44 at its sole discretion; and live in-play bets are accepted in real time and will not be voided solely because the odds have moved between the time of submission and acceptance, unless a technical delay caused the bet to be accepted at materially incorrect odds.

6.2 Casino and Slots

All casino and slot games on hck44 are provided by third-party game studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates under its own published Return to Player (RTP) rate and rule set, accessible within the game interface. hck44 does not modify the RTP or rules of any third-party game. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game engine's server-side logic; outcomes are governed by the certified RNG and are final.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, incorrect game payouts resulting from a software malfunction, or bets accepted on events that had already concluded — hck44 reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and return the stakes to the players' accounts. "Manifest error" means an obvious and palpable mistake that any reasonable person would recognise as erroneous. Decisions by hck44 management regarding the existence of a manifest error are final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hck44 platform. Engaging in any of the following behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during the KYC process;
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using any other identity;
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, sports betting, or any other competitive format;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by hck44;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform's software to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable;
• Engaging in any activity related to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corruption of sporting events on which bets are offered;
• Depositing funds on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hck44 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Using the platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by hck44

hck44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has provided false or misleading information; (c) the account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity; (d) continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to hck44; or (e) the player is a person identified on any applicable sanctions or prohibited-persons list. Upon closure under this clause, hck44 may forfeit some or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting the hck44 support team. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may use the self-exclusion feature available in their account settings or may request exclusion by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods are available for a minimum of 30 days and may be set for longer periods including permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be able to access their account, and hck44 will take reasonable steps to ensure that no marketing communications are sent to the excluded player. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months. hck44 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 on dormant accounts with a positive balance, deducted from the account balance each calendar month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees begin to accrue. No dormancy fee will reduce an account balance below zero.

8.5 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by hck44 — all unused bonus balances and any wagering progress toward bonus release are forfeited. Confirmed, settled winnings held in the real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and in the absence of any active investigation into the account.
